Loren is a highly knowledgeable public adjuster that got me more than I thought possible and to be honest more than the attorney that I got after Loren got me Everything he could get. He is no fluff what he says he does and he does in a timely fashion. my AAA claim was handled horribly by AAA. They are snakes and horrible people, but Loren shifted through all that. He even helped me after the attorney got involved when the attorney couldn’t do anything. I think my attorney was weak, but that’s another story. Loren is worth every cent.

Loren is AMAZING! When our house got a bursted pipe, our home insurance company didnt give us what we deserved. They gave us about 40% of the damages. Loren came recommended to us by a contents company after the Eaton Canyon fire in Jan 2025. Our insurance was really pushing back on replacing anything--despite multiple experts saying they should be--and had taken forever to even send a company out. A year later, this contents company recommended we reach out to Loren for help. Not only was he helpful immediately, but he repeatedly checked in and offered us advice, even when we were unsure we would need a PA as our adjuster finally changed with insurance. Ultimately, because we'd been paid out a fair amount from our claim by the time we met, his rate would've understandably been pretty high. So high, that even he advised us against hiring a PA (him or otherwise). All this is to say, he was immensely helpful and generous and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Our next-door neighbor drove/crashed their car into our garage. After trying to work with the neighbor's auto insurance, then our own homeowners insurance company for a total of six months with no progress to show, it was time to call a professional. Loren was that professional! Loren and his team were responsive to our project, arrived when they said they would, coordinated the insurance companies to review the damage, worked with our contractor to identify additional damage that was not seen on first inspection, and scheduled reinspection with the insurance company. The added value of having a public adjuster, specifically one who knew what they were doing, was well worth the cost. We received more money than was originally offered and faster than if we had filed the claim on our own. Hopefully we will not need a public adjuster again, but if we do, Loren will be our first and only call.

Loren was such a great help in getting our bathroom repaired after a bursted pipe. It caused damage in our bathroom & garage area too. Our insurance was trying to give us very low funds to get things repaired & operable. The funds would barely have covered any of the total cost. As new homeowners stuff like this can be very overwhelming! Therefore, having Loren work with us was awesome. He was able to get us a fair amount to fix our bathroom & all repairs needed. We ended up very satisfied. The process was so stress free!
