Proper claim documentation is crucial for ensuring a fair and accurate settlement. Our consulting services utilize cutting-edge technology and high-quality imagery to paper your claim file for you. The following consulting services are only provided in lieu of a PA contract. It is recommended that these services are performed as early as possible to your date of loss and are intended to be used as evidence in support of your claim. Without a signed PA contract, Lion Public Adjusting will not determine scope, estimate cost of damage, submit documentation, or correspond directly with insurance companies.

Property Dimensions

We provide detailed property dimensions in ".esx" format. This file is for use with Verisk (Xactimate) and can be curated to include interior & exterior dimensions. *Without a signed PA contract, Lion Public Adjusting will not provide valuations or scopes of damage in a .esx.

Photo Documentation

High-quality, well-lit imagery is essential for capturing the extent of damage. We provide specialized camera, drone, and loss-specific photography, covering:
